how do you use the google spreadsheet to download shows?

http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=0AjeIQ6qQvexzcDhXS2twUC1US3BPMVZuUWdjZmY2RVE&gid=7 Visit this link and select the year for the show you want to download, then scroll down and find the date for the show. Then click "download link" on the right and it will take you to the download page. The shows are usually in 2 or 3 different parts, so click "download" next to each one and you should be all set. A lot of the downloads are in RAR archives, so if you don't have a program to open these files, you can go to http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm and download the first link at the top.
