Hey everyone... been lurking awhile, but this thread got me to finally start posting. Reason is... I'm getting married in a little over a year, and I just received the go-ahead to try and book a Phish cover band to play the wedding. So, not just 1 or 2 songs here and there.... we're gonna put together a whole 2 or 3 set show and rock the hell out. I went to my first Phish show when I was 8, and my girlfriend just started with BGCA last year, but she's into it. So yeah..... It's awesome.
Also, for walking back down the aisle, we're having the Game of Thrones theme played on some strings.
Gonna be a par-tay.

I think some of the Trey with the symphony stuff is really nice and romantic. I really like summer of 89 and divided sky from the show at princeton

I'm also planning a wedding and selecting Phish tunes for the playlist. All I know is I'm ending it with a Tweezer Reprise

When my girlfriend and I get married (whenever that will be), we want our first song to dance to to be Bold as Love, the original Hendrix version. This is because we both love the song and two of our favorite bands (Phish for me, John Mayer for her) both cover it.
