Since there is no thread on this musical genius, I figure I might as well get it rolling. Best concert experience ever. Hands down the most innovative musician of this time. With tunes named Weasel Pot Pie, Butt Machine, Mustaches, Bananas, Halfassed and The Moon Is Disgusting you know he's a shiny golden demi-god.

never seen him but ive heard it is an awesome live show..he'll be at brooklyn bowl march 15th for only 5 bucks for anyone else in the ny area interested in checking him out

Not to friggin' shabby. He seems like he would be great to see live, gonna have to keep it on the list. Thanks for the heads up.Ya know it's like one of those things that, if you have heard a phrase or concept before, you are more likely to notice it's mention at a later date. I hope I overhear someone soon saying something about That 1 Guy because I might be able to separate it from that guy long enough to realize he might be performing somewhere nearby.

If any of you musicians were wondering, I got to speak to him during All Good '11 and asked him what the strings were tuned to. The big "main" string is tuned to a low G and the string on the part of the pipe that spins around is a high C.

Nice! Good work @Frizz That 1 Guy is f***ing fabulous. I caught him at the 10,000 Lakes Festival in 2005 (i think it was) he played a late night set after the headliner that year (that year i think the headliner was trey and mike with the beniveninto russo duo) and absolutely killed it. i had no idea what i was in for, but it was amazing and prolly still one of the best dance party style shows ive ever been at
