I'm doing all five, coming from dc. I'll be staying at a friends apartment in nyc so most likely will head into the city on the 29th maybe get my tourist on.

Pumped for a mound and glide to come in December

I would go up there if I were you anyways Roses...tickets for 12/30 and 1/1 are gonna be an easy grab in my opinion, there are so many scalpers holding them now and I feel like they are gonna drop. As for 12/31 I am bout to pay scalping price of a crappy 400 (still like $175) behind stage and I would love to go play in the snow but that is way too much stuff to bring up on a plane.

Thanks Evan...I would love to check out the city I have never been there. As long as you promise not to get in a crash while trying to navigate your phone and find a hotel while driving I'll be the navigation guy!

Anybody going to all 5 shows is lucky as shit. I not even going to one of them. Guess I can just dream..........

I'll only be there for 12/30 and 12/31. Funds are super low. And still am looking for 12/31. But I'll be there for sure with the girl. Looking forward to NYE.

I would go to 12/30 because that might be the only show I can make... So... That should be deciding factor.

You have all day to sight see. The shows are a night. The Staten Island ferry is free and you get a good view of the Statue of Liberty.

Tomorrow I will listen to 46 days the whole day.

Alright... it didn't take much convincing I think we'll try to get 12/30 tix. I'm considering going for seats behind the stage for maximum danceability (and because I've never had that view before).

Mike and Evan have officially sucked me into the 12/30 show as well. Leave no set behind seems to be the mentality behind the whole deal. Like you, I'll need two 12/30's. I'm actually even considering waiting to buy in till the day of the show. Even if I get shut out, it'll won't be the end of the world knowing I'm set for the next two nights. I think prices are gonna plummet for that show in particular. I heard the shows before NYE in Miami last year were easy to pick up on site, some for even below face.

Ann - Nice! Very glad to hear! There will be plenty to do during each day. I'm always down for a museum, art museum (love MOMA!), tourist-y kind of thing, so if you're looking for something to do and people to go with, count me in! I still need 12/30 tickets as well, and am completely open to behind the stage (also never seen that perspective and love lots of dancing room), so if you happen to find a great deal for 3 tickets, let me know!

I do if you have my 12/30. I may need a 12/27 or 28 floor, as yet to be confirmed as well. You have any of those (pending confirmation) and the 1/1 is yours (dead center behind the stage in the 300s, but it's certainly at face).

Yea I'm totally in to being somewhat touristy that weekend. I've been to nyc a ton, but most of my visits took place when I was too young to appreciate the museums.

Must haves for me are a bagle, a slice of pizza, and a corner beef sandwich from Carnegie

I dont think its the caps (THOUGH CAPS LOCK NEVER HELPS ANYTHING), I think its the repeated threads and bumps of his/her own threads over the last week or so that add nothing to the forum and would be better placed on cashortrade.org.

If you look at "Participation" and a majority of it is begging for tix, maybe thats the problem right there...

On a more positive note, this thread has got me figuring how to finagle at least one of the Worcester shows. Still no chance I can get to NYC but hmmm....if its gotta be one, night 1 or 2 in Worchestershershire...?
