I'm trying to set up a cash or trade account

and while trying to import my info from here it's telling me "you have not been authorized by phish.net" any ideas?

I had that same problem. In my case it was because I had .net and cashortrade linked to different email accounts.

If you use the feedback form, the guys are pretty quick about responding to problems...
