Check out the movie "Happy" It really gets at why Phish shows make me so happy. The show is only part of the equation.
Watched it recently. Very informative and entertaining. Loved every minute (even though it was really late and I was passing out). Would recommend it.

spacecoyote Documentary called "Wetlands Preserved", about the old club in NYC. A must for any fan...

Also, the first season of American Horror Story just popped up. That series is the shiznits, it is my new litmus test for all horror movies and shows. Brilliant.

Arrested Development

The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret

...and after watching Breaking Bad, go back and watch Malcolm in the Middle... especially the roller skating episode....
I watched all of Todd Margaret just because of how much I hated him hahaha. I wanted to see where it went and for a week after I started telling people I was from Leeds..

I've had a working theory about Walter White how its actually Tim Whatley who after being turned down by Elaine creates another identity (Hal) then creates another to make up for Hal (Walter White)

careful_w_that_axe_Miller Permalink
careful_w_that_axe_Miller "Spin the bottle" very fcuked up, you'll never guess the ending; Brits

And again

"The loved ones" super graphic horror flick which I don't normally like, but this has imagery and beauty, great movie and instantaneously in my top 5; I prefer the black haired chick to the blond btw; my kinda girl minus the incest and stuff. Ha great movie watch it

I just watched the first two... I love that show. Dragged my feet on it for a long time. Then I started watching season 1, hooked and loved the whole thing. So far, this season is not lacking at all!

spacecoyote Zeitgeist: The Movie

This documentary finished unscrambling my mind, so much so that I actually had to just sit and stare for some moments before I could put on something shallow to distract me, and it didn't work. I can't stop thinking about it...

Also, Billionare's Tea Party is a good doc as well.

Robert_Zimmerman House of Cards is amazing. Crazy dark/quirky political drama with Kevin "Surprise! I'm in Se7en!" Spacey directed by David Fincher. 13 episodes, Netflix Original Series (which is interesting)

Also, Safety Not Guaranteed was a pretty cool movie as well.

Any other suggestions?

I would definitely say give Doctor Who a try. I didn't think I would like it because I'm not as into sci-fi films, but it's actually really good. Start at the new series in 2005. There are a lot of concepts that are ambiguous and at times even question the extent to which their science can explain everything, which I think is really interesting. There is a lot about humanity and the value of life, that kind of stuff.
