what are all the tour rumors for 2013?

i keep hearing that it's going to be a big year for dates, but does that mean like the normal show quantity of 3.0 or 1.0?

Personally, i would love to see the following, but this is all wishful thinking:

Winter Tour. 8-12 shows, northeast based

Spring Tour. 6-8 shows in the pacific northwest with stops in San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, and Vancouver.

Summer Tour. 14-20 shows culminating in a festival. Ideally for me, the festival would be in either Maine or Vermont. I was happy they played the Essex gig, but Vermont needs a genuine run. Maybe there's too much pressure with just 1 night in VT, so play 3 days, relax, and tear up the backyard.

2012 saw the least number of shows in one year since 2004, so there's almost nowhere to go but up in terms of sheer quantity. I would love to see a return to the 70-80 shows per year we saw in the late 90's but certainly don't expect it, and another 100+ show year like 93 or 94 can almost certainly be ruled out. Even if they went back to a 50-show year like in 2009 and 2010, I'd be happy. Of course its a matter of quality over quantity, but I feel like the longer a tour stretches on, the better the band sounds, so quantity leads to quality in this case. If there's going to be a winter tour they would have to announce it pretty soon, and I'm not holding my breath, I'd rather they retreat to the Barn for some hardcore jam sessions (webcasts of those maybe???) and hit us with a 2-leg summer tour, first leg ending with a festival, second leg ending at Dick's, and a fall tour starting - not ending - with a Halloween run and continuing thru Nov-Dec culminating with a NYE run at MSG. That to me would be a great year.

I'd so much rather there be a fall tour than spring, and if there's a festy it would be sweet to go back to the Glen but I really want to experience a Phish fest in Limestone

My predictions...

Likely nothing until june...but I would totally entertain the idea of a 2013 spring mini tour (Island tour Redux)

Summer Tour Leg 1 - Mainly Northeast.

Summer Tour Leg 2 - Mainly Westcoast/Pacific NW.

Festival either between legs 1 and 2 of summer tour, or late summer after leg 2. (Watkins again, some other northeast racetrack, or maybe limestone)

Full fall tour ending with a 3-4 night Halloween run.

Mid-Late November/early December Winter tour, mostly northeast.

Wrap the year up @ MSG.

2 nights Hill Auditorium, Ann Arbor

Saint Patrick's Day in Boston.
Fleet Center 03-17-13

I see a lot of people saying Limestone, but that will never happen as it is no long a closed AF base, but a corporate center.
