I have a beautiful tube used for smoking "tobacco only" that I don't use anymore that I've been trying to find an avenue to get rid of. Would that fall under illegal or drugs if it's just clean glass used for smoking tobacco?

I'm thinking the shakedown thread is more for ongoing sales than one timers, but that is a valid, open question.

As for "tobacco" products, I'll err on the side of caution and say "no go" unless someone on the MBF board gives it the ok. Not my personal predisposition of course, but play it conservative on behalf of the Foundation and site.
