I have tried trading 28s for 29s and nobody seems to be biting. I can't just sell these tickets for face without the guarantee that I will be able to buy at least 29s tickets for face.so if you sell me your 29s I will in turn sell these 28s to someone else for face. Thus helping the community.

I'm not sure if I understand this... are you threatening to scalp your tickets (i.e., sell them above face) unless someone sells you tickets for the 29th for face?

No he's saying he doesn't want to just sell the tickets when he still needs a 29th because he might not be able to buy it, but he hasn't been able to find anyone willing to trade.At least that's how I read it.
EDIT: Although after rereading it you definitely could interpret it that way.

I'm just confused.
At least that's how I read it.
