GTE 2009 @ Burgettstown, changed my life forever whole show was awesome; isn't dance but I was definately bouncing like a new born elf

that part from 8/19 in Light with the tweezer reprise build and then the EXPLOSION

I'd have to go back and listen to all my favorite jams. but, disease from clifford ball came to mind. or the beginning of the mike's jam from slip, stitch, and pass.

Any 5 minute span that has me doing a 'Whole Body Groove' dance.

recently, the 5 minutes surrounding the Manteca tease in AC Light.

In the spirit of @ericwyman's blog post, I would pick 9:46-14:46 of the ALO Hood, essentially the last five minutes. Starting with Trey letting chords ring while Fishman goes berzerk with the beat, then Trey solos with a long sustained note in the middle, then the drone jam with the dynamics going up and down and Page playing the chords that would wind up later in Theme, then THE peak, and ending with the closing lyrics as Page brings everyone in with some Hammond organ action.

I do love the funk jams, too, but I don't know of many funk jams that demonstrate the emotion and the musicianship of the band to the degree that this performance does.

Tube > Psycho Killer > Tube from this past Summer at SPAC!! I've shown this to many friends, they are constantly blown away!
