Sorry to all who have went through a flood. I had no idea how much pain it is...until now. Our sump went out sometime Sunday/Monday and our basement flooded. I have never felt more helpless. Our dog even gave me a wtf? "Let's head back to Tennessee" look. Day 3 of drying and I am spent!

They now have a few things that can prevent sump pumps from failing. Battery back ups which can last day or two depending on use..... also they have new pumps that use no power only water pressure....Very cool... i dont have one yet i bought a gennerator..
