Set 2: Buried Alive > Wipe Out > Chalk Dust Torture[3] -> Mirror in the Bathroom[4] -> Chalk Dust Torture -> Dog Log[5] -> Chalk Dust Torture > Sanity > Buffalo Bill > Mike's Song -> I Am Hydrogen > Weekapaug Groove[6] -> Wipe Out -> Weekapaug Groove > Weekapaug Groove Reprise > Run Like an Antelope

[1] I Dream of Jeannie theme teases from Mike
[2] Alternate lyrics referencing a streaker.
[3] Wipe Out teases and Mirror in the Bathroom teases from Mike.
[4] Phish debut.
[5] Unfinished; Blues version.
[6] Nellie Kane tease from Trey.

Notes: Ya Mar contained I Dream of Jeannie theme teases from Mike. Carini included lyrics about the streaker from three weeks earlier. Mirror in the Bathroom (which was subtly teased by Mike in Chalk Dust Torture) made its Phish debut and Wipe Out was played for the first time since April 27, 1991 (722 shows). Chalk Dust included more Wipe Out teases. Dog Log was unfinished and sung over a more bluesy progression than usual. Weekapaug contained a Nellie Kane tease from Trey. Some funny banter ensued during the encore, as Fishman and Trey took verbal jabs at each other. The soundcheck's Back at the Chicken Shack contained a Layla tease from Trey. This show was officially released as Live Phish 06.

DanceTheJig728 Definitely givin this a spin later, aside from the obviously insane second the Meat> Reba is super tasty. My favorite Meat that isnt the 7/8/98 soundcheck

_________________________ This is the second show I got my hands on. Vultures rocks. The whole CDT sammich is tasty. Mike's is pretty good, but the Hydrogen is more spacy than normal. The Weekapaug goes deep and segues nicely into a quality version of Antelope

Looks2Much I was there. Took a few initiated friends to this show, we had great seats. During Reba, which is not all that far into the show, I looked over at my friend Andy and he was ASLEEP! That was his first and last Phish show. I remember feeling "whole-body" happy for that whole run of shows, great memories... 18 is definitely better than 32. lol

Cool story! Welcome back Dave, haven't seen ya posting around here at all lately. Saw you did the matrix of that YEM, will be sure to be grabbing that. You gonna be in NYC for New Years?

Looks2Much I took some time off from .net. Not sure why, it seemed like it was getting a little weird there for a while. I won't be there for NYE but I'll be there.

bs915 This is one of the first full shows that I got a copy of, my parents got it for me for Christmas the year the Live Phish series came out, along with the binder and a couple others. The second set is still some of my favorite Phish.

RunawayJim4180 I'd like to thank the hippie chick outside that fed me a dose and a veggie burrito before this show, because this was the night I was hooked for good. That Reba is sublime, smoking Chalkdust, and I loved hearing that Vultures, even more so now that I haven't seen another 14 years later. Brilliant all around show, rarities and favorites alike.
