Just read on the Facebook there that Bruce lee was so f***ing fast he could not be picked up by a camera and they had to use slow motion to catch him, normally they speed martial arts movies up.

The intercepting fist is fascinating and can be applied to everyday uses, see that junked out homeless dude approaching you and ask him for a dollar.

I know c Norris was a student and think they fought in demo, Norris ain't no slouch; think Bruce lee would have devestated Kareem in real life.
