Unfortunate timing, @YorkvilleBeerLover. Obviously your post not that bad, but there have been a good # of threads recently where someone new has been resoundingly shit upon for no good reason by multiple different users. I just happened to have a minute to post something here. Nothing personal towards you.But in general (to all), just look at if from the other side. If I ask a really dumb question, I'd expect to be called out. Probably get a kick out of the ensuing humor. Same for a lot of regulars probably. But when its someone brand new...different story. I hope I'm not alone in wanting to see more regular, good posters around here, and not trying to keep it some closed good old boys club or like the cool kids table at jr high lunchtime.

I noticed @ firefish posted the same thing 8 days ago and no one commented - then I realized he joined that day. So I thought to myself - this guy joined the site, went through the trouble embedding the clip and bolding text - 2 things I cannot do - waited 8 days - and then posted the same thread again. Forgive me @firefish - I thought you may have been a robot. My name is Mike - I'm a recovering asshole, I'm trying to get better.
That jam you speak of is C&P - and it was originally done by the Talking Heads.

@firefish - I love the Biebs. I only checked out this site after I saw he went to a show in CA. I still have no idea what any of these people are talking about.

Like anyone who is anywhere from tolerable to cool with Phish music as well as other Jam bands, I know Cavern, Farmhouse, DWD, and a few others.
One thing I will say is that I love the fact that everytime I hear Phish on XM Radio's Jam channel, I love the variety of what they're capable of playing, whether it's Cavern all the way down to Avenu Malkeinu. I don't know any other band that can play anything way out of their comfort zone and make it sound good; yet with them, everything just seems to fit into their zone.
