Recommendations for Place To Stay During NYE

PsychoKiller Permalink
PsychoKiller I'm flying in from Charlotte, NC and looking for places to crash during the NYE run. I'd like to save as much $ as I can when it comes to accommodations.

vrbo is great if you have a crew. if not and you are on a very tight bugdet you are looking at either an over priced shithole in nyc or a decent priced place across the river in NJ. I'd check out hoboken or even out on Long Island. trains are your friend.

harroldHOOD stay somewhere in new joyzee and take the train in. NJ Transit will take you right into penn station, right under MSG. You just go up some stairs and you're there. I'd be careful and make sure you don't stay somewhere in hoboken though, not quite sure the path (their train into NYC) is running normally since the hurricane.

DanceTheJig728 If it's just you, a hostel might be your best bet honestly. All ya need is a bed right??

I stayed in Rutherford NJ last year, had a blast, Don't really like Jersey and I still had a blast (Sorry Jerseyites). I think I got a place to stay at MSG this year for night 1 and 2, hopefully something comes up for the 30th, I dont think I'll be needing somewhere to stay the night of NYE, phish -> Party around NYC until my Megabus comes. Where you staying at @DanceTheJig728? I still type in your old handle when I mention you sometimes haha.
