Was just writing out program and diet when this thread popped up.
That's pretty random. Tomorrow I start a 28 day program. 3 workouts a day, called "the Bulgarian system" with many tweaks, 1st & 2nd lifts are > 24 min non stop "super" setting and "giant" setting; my 3rd work out will be laps in the pool for 15-45 min; I'm super excited, grateful to be able to devote that much time to working out.Nice Man, sounds pretty intense Plan in place now just execute

Really love jamming out to Phish while doin Cardio especially the ARC (Stairstepper) and the Elyptical
Often experiencing moments of nirvanic bliss. Thought perhaps there is others who have similar experiences?
I blast the Phish into my ears max volume -1 and just move man, I've been lifting 20 years off and on, as a kid I'd listen to metal ha ha now I'm moving weight listening to "summer of 89" with goosebumps ha ha, old age...
I started to get back in shape about 5 months ago and it has had a profound impact on my life. I have realized again how important exercise is for the human body. Stress relief, improved mood, improved confidence....the list is endless. I have lost about 20 pounds in the last 6 months and am back to my athletic weight. I have been lifting 3 days a week and am slowly getting back to my previous strength. Cardio is a bitch. Plain and simple. You have to pretend that you love it. My gym is about a mile away from my apartment. I used to take the bus, ride the bike for 30 min, lift, etc. Now I just run to and from the gym, and this is coming from a person who HATES running. I have started to feel that moment recently where I'm running and my heart reaches a comfortable, steady rate that doesn't make me hate running.
As Nike says, JUST DO IT.
