Jayem Not sure of the date but there is a show from I think the Detroit area that was at a club on the roof of a parking garage and it poured. By most accounts it was awful. I think @MJZ1974 was there.

EDIT:
June 23, 1994

Phoenix Plaza Theatre, Pontiac, MI

Set 1: Buried Alive > Poor Heart > Split Open and Melt, NICU > Foam, Bouncing Around the Room, Down with Disease > Silent in the Morning > Punch You In the Eye > Julius

Set 2: Frankenstein, David Bowie, The Mango Song > Axilla (Part II) > Uncle Pen, Tweezer[1] > Lifeboy > Slave to the Traffic Light

Encore: Sparkle > Tweezer Reprise

[1] Sunshine of Your Love teases.

Notes: The first set included the first NICU since May 1, 1992 (249 shows). Silent was performed without The Horse. Tweezer included Sunshine of Your Love teases.

[1] Mother tease from Trey.

I'm still not over macho grande. That's probably the worst I've personally experienced for phish.

Raleigh 97 we were out in the lots. Set up some tarps and were hooking up those less prepared than us with hot chocolate and soup. That wasn't really that bad.

Jones Beach Friday '09 I was all layered up and prepared and chalked it up to a pleasant drizzle. Such a fun night.

Superball day set? C'mon. That was a gorgeous afternoon in the sun.

Outside of phish, for epically biblical rain and life threatening 360 lightning, its Camp Biscos XIII and IV.

And one year we hit Igloofest in Montreal it was like -25 air temp. That was just ridiculous. Layers, dancing, and body heat only could do so much. (By contrast, we've been there in 0 degree weather and its seemed downright pleasant.)
