If you look closely at the phish tweet from the re-release in November it said "we're re-releasing SOME tickets" .. Interpret that however you like. Makes me think there will be another!

I would say yes. This is just based off the multiple re-releases last year, but I am assuming at LEAST one more.

To answer your question- yes. But in order to score in a re-release, you need to be VERY on top of things. Not only do you need to act immediately upon seeing a tweet, but you face the luck of the draw on the TM website. Don't stop trying because you know somebody will screw the form up and lose the ticket in the 5 or 6 minute time limit. Those tickets get put back into the system.
As for interpreting the last re-release's tweet- I am sure there is some sort of threshold for a re-release. They can't just do one when there are 100 extra tickets laying around. I am sure it is at least 500+. That being said, if they reach or exceed this threshold, and plan to have one, I doubt they release ALL of the extra tickets.
