Most desired 3.0 show/run for next DVD release?

12Next →View All

ypehmish Permalink
ypehmish 12/30/10 - 1/1/11, I'd like to see a NYE run finally for DVD, but recent run, obviously Dicks 12

Individual show?... probably 8/14/09, 1st show for me since coventry, and in my hometown. Still one of the best 3.0s IMO and one of the best concerts I've seen period.

callmethesloth 6/4/11 is worthy of a DVD release obviously Dick's 2012 would be awesome, and so would Woosta N1. 2012 or even Star Lake 2012! Super Ball DVD maybe?? I can only hope

harroldHOOD I think a Superball DVD would be the best. The problem with NYE runs and dicks and UIC is since they were webcast the rips are available all over the Internet. I feel like we'd get the most out of a SBIX DVD ideally with some bonus interviews and behind the scenes stuff.

agreed with @Sconymack and @harroldHOOD. Dicks and MSG would be great, but they were already webcasted. You can find those downloads already if you wish. I've watched them since. Superball would be EPIC. Wasn't there so I would love to view this. Also second the Charleston run. Was a good one. And Starlake '12 is an other obvious option. I hope they do this! But also am even more down for them to keep releasing unreleased 1.0 shows.. such as they are with Starlake 98

I wasn't there, so no bias, and I would be totally down with a SBIX DVD, or at least 07/03/11. Like I said before though, a 08/07/09 DVD would be awesome too. It's probably the best show of 2009, at least IMO, and it features a number of deep jams, something that a lot of fans criticize 3.0 shows for not having a lot of. Phish must have not gotten that memo on 08/07/09.

Wouldn't have thought of Worcester 12 but @mattsox94 got me thinking and those 2 are worthy as well.

I'm for an entire DVD shot from a still position above the soundboard, where you can see the lights and crown without all of the jumping around and close up shots. Getting the vibe of being there is more important than seeing the band close up for me.
