i got the email on saturday saying it was shipped friday, but nothing was at my house when i got home from work today. i assume ups puts a sticker on your door when no ones home, but there wasnt one today. man am i excited for this!

question bump: Does the DVD come with a code to download the audio tracks from LivePhish once the release date arrives? Star Lake is the first Phish DVD I've bought. When Vegas 96, Coral Sky, and Walnut Creek DVDs came out, I just waited til they were released, then got the audio tracks from LivePhish. I don't buy DVDs because I'm never in the mood, nor have the chance, to sit and watch a concert DVD in my living room. I do almost all my music listening in the car or on my headphones when I'm out and about, or on my lunch break. It would be nice to be able to do that with this show, without having to purchase the audio tracks separately. I know its possible to rip the audio tracks and convert them to FLAC or mp3, but I have no idea how its done.

How good is the DVD? I think I'm gonna sit out on this one. Just not a huge fan of the show. I really wish they would release some more shows from the pre-12/31/95 era. Anything really. Even the house camera live phish videos like those from 12/01/95, 10/21/95, and 11/14/95 would be better than another lawn camera feed DVD from the late 90's.
If it's not pre-12/31/95, then it better be a ballin' late 90's show. Specifically, it better be from Loring Air Force Base, or Big Cypress, or Fall' 1997.

Okay, I kind of sounded like an ass in my previous post. I just don't understand why Phish doesn't release the house feed video on DVD from some of the legendary shows, like this:
Surely a DVD-quality version of these types of videos would be better than lawn feed cameras from a rather pedestrian show (granted, a regular show from summer 98' is still awesome!).
Just imagine if they released something like this from, say, 12/07/95.

Yep, mine went UPS -> USPS, so it was in with the rest of my mail. It would certainly depend on the shipping option you chose. I think I went with the cheapest one available, which is why it went to USPS for delivery.

I got mine last night. got so inclined in the CD player in my car and im wearing the shirt at work as we speak. cant wait to get home and check out the DVD. mine came with a Doniac Schvice from 1998 that i didnt expect thats f*n hilarious. right on Phish, you keeps it real!

i was really hoping to get this in the mail today so I'd be able to listen to So Inclined on my 6-hour road trip to NJ tomorrow. But the mail came today and it wasn't in it. Now it's going to come in the mail while I'm out of town and either sit on my porch all weekend or get returned to sender. don't know which one's worse...
