I think RG3 is very talented but he need to get his clock cleaned a few times and then we will see if he keeps it up. I think the NFL is too scared to hit him though.

RG3 is great and gives me hope as a Redskins fan for several years of relevance. @Jimmymac03 I don't see why you think the NFL is too scared to hit him. He's already been hit several times and was knocked out of a game with a concussion. Since then, he's done a better job of avoiding hits and getting out of bounds.

I think @Jimmymac03 might have been joking there, but seriously, RG3 needs to watch out. He doesnt have Cam Newton's size/build, and sooner or later these hits are gonna catch up to him. Just look at Mike Vick. I know he's getting better at avoiding them, but he took some bad ones tonight.

RG3.....Will get hurt, unfortunately. It sucks but it's true. I remember an eagles QB who was unbelievable and could run, kick, and throw the ball 75+ yardsThe option will not work in the NFL for one reason, money. Even a lead option won't work bc dude is gonna get smashed. They run that option into a corner blitz it's a wrap for RG3.
Really like him, like his energy and admire his talent. IMO it is foolish and dangerous.

he was down. that "forward fumble" never should have counted as a TD. I say this knowing full well that if a Giant had picked it up, I would be insisting he was still up when he lost the ball.

And everyone needs to chill with this injury shit. Youre not taking in to account how insanely smart this kid is. Hes already taken 1 concussion in his first 12 games. Since that concussion he hasnt taken many big hits outside the pocket. He LEARNED from that mistake. All of his big hits have come after releasing the ball in the pocket or on a pitch. Which the offensive coordinator needs to address. But QB's get hit. Stop acting like RG3 is Mr.Glass.
And as this o-line gets better, he will get hit less.
Btw, he took ZERO sacks last nite against the best d-line in football.
He is not Mike Vick or Cunningham...He is 100 times better than both of them combined.
