Help me, Dead fans

pnutmcsnappy Permalink
pnutmcsnappy I am searching for the perfect gift for my husband this xmas. I'm looking for Grateful Dead memorabilia. Posters, vintage shirts, anything signed by Jerry Garcia would be awesome (yeah, I'm reaching, I know). Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated. I really want to knock his socks off. Help me out, guys. I would appreciate it very much. I'm not much of a memorabilia buyer so I need all the help I can get. Point me in the right direction. Where do I start?

Pweso81 I have the Europe '72 box set. I have only listened to the first 2 shows. Not sure when I will listen to the rest. I kind of like staring at it from across the room.

roybelly I have some really nice professionally framed photos of Jerry from good nights when he is smiling......not as expensive as some of the memorabilia, and truly something that takes me back to great memories when I look at them

That Europe 72 box set is a piece that any deadhead would envy.....also a great idea so I throw my hat in that ring too

pnutmcsnappy Thanks for all the great suggestions. I found him something he will love. I don't wanna say what it is even though he doesn't go on .net. It would be just my luck that he would somehow see this.

Indeed, depending on his age, this could be the perfect gift. David Lemieux called it the Dead's last perfect tour. It would be a great gift especially if he was around or familiar with those shows.

Good Luck!
