You could give them a call. If they got lost they'd be able to send out new ones and void the old ones.

That doesn't make sense. They said no tickets were being printed until November to remove over limit orders.

Check your order. Maybe you ordered them as ticketfast printouts and not hard tickets.

Ok tickets were actually printed on 11/14, please allow 10-14 days for them to arrive.
