Thats the last time I buy something off drygoods

ADeadPhish Permalink
Just got this in the mail today off of drygoods and let me tell you I am severely disappointed.

The collar on this thing literally hangs down to my nipples. Its probably a good two and a half feet in length (typical shirts are usually 15 inches or so.)
On top of that I have to pay roughly $7 to ship it back.
I guess that's the last time I buy something off Drygoods. Anyone else have bad experiences with the Drygoods store?

And on a side note....how do you shrink a shirt collar?

Drgordy Really? I bought a shirt on there two years ago and had to return it for a different size. I didn't have to pay for the return shipping or to have the new one shipped. But I agree, it's overpriced. I don't buy anything on there anymore because of the overpriced shipping. My wife bought a merit badge on there and still paid like $7 to ship. Thing could have shipped for the price of a stamp.

daveritz18 I just bought a hoodie & a long-sleeved thermal-like shirt for my wife, and I thought they were an ok deal, Can't recall what the shipping costs were, but really didn't think they were anything out of the ordinary

spanishmoon I haven't bought a decent shirt from any band in a long time, this definitely includes Phish. The quality of the shirts suck. I have a shirt from summer 03. It's awesome, nice thick material, nice seams and collar/cuffs and it's still in good condition. Well, sort of. Now they use that thin material, it's awful. I buy my shirts in the lot. They are cheaper and a better quality product.

theUNITmonster I once bought a shirt off drygoods. They shipped only my free sticker and "free gift" wich turned out to be a stub from 3/7/09. Cool I guess but I orderd a shirt. When I e mailed about it they responded with we ran out of that shirt. So they let me pick another of the same price. Problem was I got it on sale for $12. Not a lot of stuff on there for 12 bucks. So i said just send me 12$ worth of stickers and shit. Did not have to pay for the resend but ended up paying around $10 or so for the first one.

Anyway... Moral of the story kids is eat your veggies and buy lot shirts. Get a Phan to the next show. Support your phriends.

bostonron I hear a lot of people having problems with Dry Goods. Personally, I've never had an issue. Everything I've ever ordered has come on time (early in most cases) is exacty what I ordered and fits perfectly. I actually LOVE the shirts from Dry Goods. Soft materials, they wash well, fit well.

Sorry you had this bad experience. I hope they make it up to you somehow.
