I don't think anyone hates festival 8, it's just that most of Phish's other festivals were just better than it.

IMO. The acoustic set was a highlight. That should say everything you need to know. Obviously, being there is different. But in doing these "rank the ___" games, you gotta be objective.

I can't seem find the Festival +/- game thread, nor do I remember what won. I wanna say The Great Went won, but I dunno for sure.

Did not go to 8, but here is how I feel about the others. Well, how I feel right now. Might change my mind in a minute.

I'm already second guessing. I realize I have Lemonwheel higher than Went, unlike everyone else. This probably has something to do with the rain and my tent issues. In fact, I had an absolute blast at Oswego (although it was hotter than hell).. And if we were ranking this purely on facilities, SBIX would shoot to the top. I mean, come on. At Clifford Ball we were lucky to find dirty port-o-potties and water spigots. SBIX had flush toilets and hot showers.
Bah, I give up. I'd go to all of them again.

But having the added bonus of a third night w/ SBIX, and one crazy incredible show that night it had, I'm giving SBIX the slight edge. So, yes, yes there is a chance, ha.
