Reminded me of another Fee > Maze combo:
I have a copy of the Anaconda Theatre show on CD - got it in the early 90's before internet music.
That copy - one of the best CD bootlegs ever due to A+ sound quality and thumping bass - has a tremendous Fee > Maze.
My question:
Was the Fee cleanly aborted early to jump right into Maze? If so, does anyone know of other examples of the aborted Fee into another song? Or is the audio missing a few minutes and it just happens to be such a clean splice that it sounds good?
thank you very much
the Alpine Fee > Maze from this year may be the best jam i've ever seen in person.
BUT.
my favorite Fee > Maze will ALWAYS be the combo that capped one of my favorite (first) sets ever:
thanks
Anyone know if the 4/16/92 Fee > Maze was spliced, or did Phish actually make the sudden abort?

I remember PT heads arguing about this before. pretty sure it was spliced, if I remember the argument. It's just too perfect right?Download the show from the google spreadsheet. It's probably the same source as my disc.
Yes, it sounds perfect, as if the band knew going into the song that as soon as Trey says "nectarine", Fishman would start the Maze intro.
