MTV actually played a couple of their videos before they went totally corporate. I remember seeing "Hello Skinny" late one night and it was incredible. Almost weirder than Eraserhead. Actually it probably is weirder.

I tried to get into them a few times, rented LPs from the library in the 80s but their stuff is truly monumentally weird. Seeing them live would've been much better but I never did.

John Lennon said someone showed him this cover and he flipped! He thought it was hysterical. Always loved that story.
