Hey all,
Today we kick off the UIC98 run with 11/7/98 remastered. The first set certainly has its highs and "lows". It takes a mellow turn for a bit but there are still some great tunes including the last-time-played Fikus. Mike's Song is given some decent attention, Limb By Limb has a huge feel-good peak and Paug caps off the set nicely. This takes us to the four song second set. Bag -> Ghost packs a great space-funk punch and Reba keeps us in the clouds.
Come check it out, starting at 2pm ET, anything goes for an hour before and after. Today's replay also contains The Daily Ghost, so be sure to read along!

The '98 UIC run was the first set of tapes that I got 1st generation spins of. They sounded great and I played the wheels off of them.The My Soul opener on this show became a family favorite with my kids dancing to the "ma ma ma ma ma ma" part in our living room.
To this day my kids remember that and when Phish opened with My Soul at Alpine this summer I had to text them immediately.
