Looking for Boulder/Denver Webcast Party Dec.28th/29th

I would rather catch the first 2 nights in a social setting than solo at home. Anybody hear of any offerings, please post.

On occasion The Oriental Theater (Denver) will broadcast shows. I have been in contact with them about the run and unfortunately they have events scheduled for those nights. On the bright side they have upgraded their projector system and plan on broadcasting future shows in 2013.

If you hear of anything let me know, I would love to join the party!

the 2UP arcade bar on Colfax has a message on their website saying that they are "committed to screening every Phish webcast that is made available."

plus, the place is a riot - a dive bar where every wall is lined with vintage arcade games, pinball, and skeeball.

Oh man, I'm going to be out of town that weekend, but I will definitely check this place out some time; sounds awesome

Pete's Monkey Bar on Colfax streamed the shows last year, however, I think they closed, but if not, that was a good time for us last year while we waited for Ween at the Fillmore to start.

Thanks for the heads-up, i was under the impression the Oriental Theater was available Sat, Dec 29th and hoping they would webcast. I'll check the 2UP Arcade Bar? on Colfax. It looks like all likely bars that do this (at least in Boulder) are booked on each of these nights with music. So couch tour at home it is!

Go see string cheese, yonder, the lumineers, the motet, sts9, or whatever else you are into. Webcasts have 24 hour access, there are a ton of other great shows to see!

Hood17, great recommendations, however i drove myself into debt this summer seeing my favorite band 15 times across the country and am paying down the debt currently, meaning i'm not doing shows until late spring/early summer to accomplish this objective. Further, i don't really like SCI anymore (have seen them 25 times over many years, they don't get me fired up), as to the Motet and Lumineers, i'm working 13 hr shift Mon Dec 31 and Jan 1st here in Boulder so no going out the night before. Thanks for the advice however.
