First and foremost....thanks you all that have donated! This is a huge amount of money that we all pulled together for the Mockingbird Foundation and will amount to 1/2 of a full grant to help keep music programs alive in communities that would otherwise not be able without the support of grants. Its all about the music, our future musicians, the children.

I have some missing data from the spreadsheet...we have some pledges that i have not linked to payments and need to know the status...

I know that several people have made their donations at the meetup in NYC but i have only been told of two user names....i will list you name and if you can send me a pm on if you donated and the amount then i can update the spreadsheet. we are currently $110 shy in collections based on the spreadsheet.

I do have funds collected, but no name to match it to....

We had extended the close date until Sunday....I would like to get this all sent out to the Mockingbird first thing Monday Morning.

Congrats everyone on making it to $2,500. That is a serious accomplishment that I'm sure will brighten the futures of many children.

Now we need to figure out what to do with this:

we are in the home stretch....i have $2397.01 in collected funds + the $100 send directly to MBF from @phrisky giving us the total amount of $2497.01.... i will toss in the difference to get it to the $2500 cash donation, but if you pledged and didn't submit payment, now is the time... tomorrow is the cut off and i will be transferring all funds to The Mockingbird Foundation on Monday Morning.

2397.01 collected + (100) already sent by Phrisky = $2497.01....i will throw the 2.99 difference in so i will be sending a payment of $2400....

we could do a donation at the fest drive, but long term goal may be ramping up in November 2013 as a year end goal of $5000 next year....I know we can do it!

We got something special cooking for @BarefootBob. Real special. This money was already donated with the understanding that it was going to MBird and we can't really go back on that.

Yes, these funds were all donated with the understanding that they were going to The Mockingbird Foundation. But don't worry, there is a SIGNIFICANT effort underway to raise money for Bob's Memorial Fund, and there will be an announcement made within the next couple of days, once we have the details ironed out.

We're about to demonstrate, for the second time in just a few weeks, exactly how incredible this community is.

Actually that isn't my department, but I will either do this myself or at minimum follow-up to make sure it happens.
