After being reassured many times that this guy would come up a few days prior to the show and have NYE tix in hand (It would have been a connection where a broker would've given me tickets). It turns out that my questioning was 100% right and that I would not be getting the tickets.Of course, I am still on the lookout for tickets but things don't look so great at the moment.
But the main point is that, I was extremely excited to hit the 28th, 29th, and the 31st but now I am extremely depressed that I can only make the 28th and 29th.
I know that I should be grateful and all, but I have not been a enthusiastic mood for tonight and tomorrow night's shows.

Well if you are all bummed about missing ONE SHOW maybe you should just sell your tix for tonight and tomorrow. I mean it would suck to be there knowing you will miss NYE.EDIT: coming from a guy that passed on a ticket for tonight and a FREE ticket for Sunday. I am SUPER Grateful to be going on 12/29

ps... Same situation happened to me at UIC '11. Third night was a bust ticket. Pretty freakin' happy I was able to get the first two nights day of though. You never know what can happen outside the venue. Be grateful. You're in good company (except all the assholes who f*** us over for tickets). cheers

I apologize for my complaining. I only made this thread for the purpose of me being bored and wanting to be excited (which I now am). The 31st is my birthday and I'm not going to any of the shows. Being a broke (almost 20) year old college student is awesome but having no money blows. My point is...screw you OP.

I'm only going to the 28th and 29th because I found out I have good paying gig on NYE...been planning to go to that show all year too. And i'm still pumped, some people thought the 1st two nights were the best last year so don't be such a party pooper. Be a party starter!
