CONTEST to name this home brew! Here it is: Not going to tonight's show (12/28)Just catching the 29th. So I am about 60 miles north of MSG brewing a batch of Oatmeal Stout to dedicate to this years NYE run and I need to come up with a name for it. So I came up with an idea. Anybody that would like a chance to name this beer email your idea ALONG with a picture from your 12/28 experience (picture from the show, pre-show_post-show, or couch tour. A picture is required) to brew4nyerun@gmail.com. I will choose the winner on Fri. 1/4 and send them a bottle of the brew when it is ready in about 6 weeks. Must be 21 or over to receive the prize.

Haven't received any pictures so I will scratch that part. Would definitely like to also dedicate this brew to Joonze and will be sending him a bottle as a "Feel Better"present (Joonze-will get in touch with you once i have some of the batch bottled) Tomorrows the deadline, So if you want in post some names and don't forget Joonze and the NYE run

A little big I know, power cord shorted out on the laptop so the battery is dead, I'm using alternate means
The art work for the label will change some what, but i wanted to get this out. I think four bottles are due on this one. If I could I would send everybody a bottle,but i just haven't figured that part out
With the help of @YorkvilleBeerLover, @ivy_light and @Phlat_Brim_Kid, @Joonze is getting some get well medicine. I hope you all enjoy. Will get in touch

Follow up...just got a phone call from @82shovel asking for my shipping info.....

i provided and was taken by surprise, as i normally don't take calls on my cell and especially from number i don't recognize....something said "take the call joonze"

As most of you know, I had a heart attack on 12/28 and missed the shows in NYC after a group of .net members went out of there way to scored me a ticket for the 29th....
They all kept me in their heart and it helped me through the hard times of missing shows and not being able to do what i really set forward to do, which was to go to the phish . net meet up to present the check of donations that we all put in and helped a cause...

i wont mention names because i dont want to leave anyone out due to my lack of memory, but you all know who you are.....
but you can see the spreadsheet

i do have to give a special mention to @Phlat_Brim_Kid for going out of his way for making the beer thing happen...

@Phlat_Brim_Kid ....Love ya brother.....net is the best and everyone on here is so cool and filled with love for each other!

Now for the fine print.....All my beer goes in kegs, so this was the first time I filled bottles from my keg ( except growlers ) I hope they turn out OK.....Wanted to do a better label but just didn't have the time.

I love taking credit for things but i really didnt do anything in this situation to make it happen, it was all @82shovel
