I'm working until 5:00 pm CST, then heading to the beer store for some libations. First on the list is Het Anker Classic. They've only carried the Gouden Carolus and I prefer the Classic and I love new selections!I'm doing couch tour for 3 nights. On 12/31 we're getting together with some of our friends from our Germany / Belgium trip in 2011 to ring in the new year with tasty beers and food.
I may sneak in a brew session - another 5 gallons of Bell's Two Hearted Clone.
We'll also take down the Pagan Tree at some point.

I just found out that the valve from the kettle-out is stuck closed, so if I can't get it unstuck I'll have an early night. If I can unstick it then its a midnight brew session I'll be workin on.
