Here's my somewhat ghetto garage set up. I've got two systems that I use at the same time. One is a Panasonic DVD home theater system. A buddy at work gave me the system because he moved and didn't have room for it.

The other is an old receiver that I found at a Goodwill. Paid 10 bucks for it but it's a beast and sounds awesome. I've got 4 decent but not great speakers running from it.

Last year's new years run couch tour with neighbors. This was before I added the home theater system.



I've got an old laptop that I only use for this system. Great for Pandora or streaming shows. Ipod hooks up easily as well. The speakers are spread out around the garage. My only problem is that my daughter's room is right above the garage so I have to put her in another room during couch tour or late night listening.
