It's raised up at an angle, there are seats. Sec 2 is the taper section. I was in sec 3 and I had a great time there on Friday!

Yeah there is an angle, and it provides a great view and the sound is great as well. There are seats , but unlike the rest of the venue they do not have cup holders.

Sound is great. Awesome view. Ushers were real lax. Was in sec 3 Friday as well. Good place to be. But, yeah no cup holders kinda sucked. But no biggie.
