Which was your favorite experience?Primarily interested in those present at the last 3 MSG nye shows.
I was not present at any, and for me, the international meatstick is the most enjoyable to watch.

Wasn't at the meatstick madness, but got the last year and yesterday. Loved em both, but as far as spectacle DwD was what's up. The flying people everywhere was madness and them bouncing balloons back to us and throwing glowsticks and stuff was just amazing. Last night was really fun, a bit cheeky, and silly. The pre show babes were awesome. The energy last night was just madness, vibes unlike anything else. I love them all. The meatstick dance seemed like a mad house in MSG though would have loved to be there too. I just wanna go to every damn phish show who am I kidding

I missed 2010, btu did the last two years. While this run, musically, was better then last years, The Steam gag was incredible. This years stunt didn't really blow me away.

I attended none of them but for me it was the Meatstick fiasco. Especially in the context of that tour. Everybody wanted the Meatstick on fall tour and they got the big one on NYE. Awesome moment.

I think the actual main gag was better last year, but this one had more depth and went on the rest of the night. The top-deck golfers during Tweeprise caught me off guard in a great way. Musically this year was better too, although I think the PA was better last year. I wasn't there in 2010.

Meatstick was probably the best actual gag, but the way they carried the theme through the music for the rest of the night last night has a greater appeal to me overall.

These last four stunts make me wonder... whoever comes up with the idea has in mind everyone who is tripping at the show.

My ranking of the MSG stunts would be 2010 -- 2012 -- 2011 The meatstick was just great with the dance and meatsticks everywhere plus worked well with NYC.. Last night was tons of fun and so energetic loved it and 11 was just pretty standard still a great time but just nothing flashy that shook my brain

Meatstick gag really catalyzed my love for Phish. I noticed the song length on Youtube one day and clicked it thinking it was a jam; then out of nowhere came a tribe from Africa and then a Mariachi band and then a flock of beautiful Swedish girls, it was incredible; and when they came down in the Meatship, I lost it!MSGstick opened me up to the unbelievable sense of humor and just what they'll do for their fans. So my vote's for the Meatstick.
That said, Steam was the first one I watched live (on couch tour) so I was going nuts the entire time.

I was at 2012 and 2010 as far as the gag goes I would have to say 2010 2012 then 2011 I webcasted the steam gag it looked like mad fun and had a great jam but compared to the meatstick extravaganza it wasn't as fun to me

I was at 2010 and 2012, I agree with the above posts. Meatstick was an incredible, but it was also coming off of one of the best sets of 3.0. Golf was fun and particularly colorful. It kept the audience thinking about which songs would played to fit the theme.... for a while. Who would have guessed fly like an eagle or iron man? Um...Nobody. I love Phish.

Meatstick was a grand production and lots of fun.Steam was a production on another level, what with the overt nod to broadway and the spiderman flying people and all.
But Golf was a next-level phish prank.
Seriously, I was avoiding the rumor threads, but who had "G" is for "Golf"? Did someone call that?
Of course G is for Golf. What the hell else would it be for?
