If yours is a one off cover, see what the first original debut is too.Ok, 11/16/96 We're an American Band - played twice. Debuted two days after my first show
Next original to debut was Waste the following summer.
3/28/90 Tweezer
Jumpin Jack Flash
""Killer Joe" is not really a song. It’s hard to say exactly what it is. At the beginning of the second set on 3/17/90 in Ardmore, PA, the band briefly improvises a jam while Fishman mutters the words “Killer Joe” over and over again.
Dementia? Performance art? Too much alcohol in honor of St. Patrick’s Day? Who knows?"
Hah, i like the song history on that one:just saw that ....3/28/90 Tweezer

The next debut after my first show was Destiny Unbound 9/14/90. I don't think I've seen it played since that gig.
Foggy Mountain Breakdown (Flatt and Scruggs);
I'm Blue, I'm Lonesome (Bill Monroe); and
My Long Journey Home (Bill Monroe).
The next Phish original was on 1994.11.18:
Little Tiny Butter Biscuits (this is listed as a Phish original on the general song history page, but it appears it is actually a "Reverend" Jeff Moiser song), so I guess it would really be:
CDT Reprise on 1994.12.10
Now isn't that some shit. Nice thread. That was fun.

Show after my first (12/9/97)was the debut of Roses Are Free (12/11/97).
The Happy Whip and Dung Song and it was the only time played. The first debut that has made regular rounds since my first show is Heavy Things. Also it should be noted that my first show contained a great version of Gold Soundz by Pavement.
