the curtain en regalia was pretty awesome this summer. totally though it would be with, but it was with regalia.

it would be cool if they played Reba and cut it short before the sweet jam and went into Mike's and then after Mike's they did the Reba jam.

this would be cool. I felt The Curtain> Peaches from STL '12 was cool too, but it could have been better, Trey kinda messed up the beginning and killed the energy that could have been. If they ever try that again I expect it to rage.

Notes: Stash contained Cannonball teases. Trey sang the verses of Fee through a megaphone. YEM contained a theme from Mission: Impossible tease from Page and a theme from Shaft quote from Trey. Halley’s segued out of the YEM vocal jam. Adeline was performed without microphones.

I dunno, I have a hard time thinking any hypothetical segue would beat the real YEM -> Tweezer Reprise segue:

Encore: Golgi Apparatus > Tweezer Reprise

[1] A cappella.

Notes: The YEM vocal jam segued into an a cappella Tweezer Reprise. Tweezer Reprise was subsequently played in its normal manner to close out the show.

That being said, I kind of think that the way the chords work out, you could pretty seamlessly transition from Run Like An Antelope into the Pixies' song UMass. I've hummed both in the shower and found that they match well together. I'm an odd human being.

if you think this would be good, check out the yem/vocal jam-> into wolfman's brother from the new orleans jazz fest in '96. it's a pretty nifty maneuver.
