REPLAY: 12/29/12 today at 2pm ET (TT.fm)

Hey all,

Today we continue on through the MSG replays with 12/29/12. While this show may be widely regarded as the straggler of the bunch, it is certainly no slouch. Several of the tracks have been matrixed with an AUD source (yes, including the Reba... for maximum crowd ruination /s). Stop by and listen to the show in full and decide for yourself.

Show starts at 2pm ET, anything goes for an hour before and after. Be there!

People can grumble about this show, but it was my first of the run and ended my phast. Glad to have it! Can't wait to relisten. I can't express the joy i had during the Mound.

I just relistened to the show yesterday and I really have no problems with it. I think it holds up pretty well! I am with you on the Mound. Fantastic to see live!!

Yep! Golden Age > Waves may not be a Tweezer, DWD or Carini... but there is some nice jamming going on there.

Mound was great in the slot. Sugar Shack was much better than usual from Trey... until the end, he sort of lost it. Really enjoyed LxL and Gin. Cowbell Suzy, super rager 46 Days and the multiple curveball encore.

Not a bad show at all, especially in the context of the whole run.

Reba roar conclusion:

The Reba jam was VERY MUCH on track well after the cheer. If you disagree I highly suggest you listen to it again. The Reba jam had legs, it was ready to run after the cheer concluded. It could have gone anywhere they wanted to take it. The crowd was not cheering that loud "for" glowsticks or for anything else other than "f*** YES". Regardless of what you think "started" the cheer, it was not what kept it going to be as massive as it was. Trey eventually gave the nod to Fish to kill it. The cheer was an afterthought at this point.

Hell, the cheer was damn near the HIGHLIGHT of the jam... it was a moment of pure joy shared by 20k people.

Now Playing Gin! :)
