More specifically, I point you to the brief section that occurs at ~11:34 (on the LivePhish recording) where Trey starts in with some absolutely gorgeous melodic playing that lays the ground work for Page to come in later and continue with reminiscent harmonies that Trey then uses to build up to his more up-front lead playing a few minutes down the pike at ~14:47.
This Tweezer, IMHO, is one of the jams of YEMSG 2012 that seems most like it came from the Dick's 2012 playbook which is probably why I really enjoy it. Those Dicks shows pretty much changed my life and how I will hear Phish for ever more.
The Tweezer is most certainly in that vein and is truly an amazing version. The DWD and the Carini however seem be from a new playbook. Hope the darkness continues this summer...

Just absolutely glorious.
Definitely one of the best things I have ever seen Phish do. I love that Tweezer.This.
There was the SBIX angry funk rager with the S&SS tease and then there's this absolutely majestic, soaring Tweezer.
And only one Tweeprise, I dig.
