Phish Gave Away a Plymouth Voyager Van

I was listening to the 02/14/1991 show and Trey said they had just bought a new touring van and were giving away a two-tone tan van that night.

I wonder if they did and what ever became of that van.

In April of 1993 after driving it for more than two years, the guy who won the van found the sheet Fishman left under the passenger seat. No one has heard from him or the van since August of that same year.

Happened in Ithaca NY.. There's a video on YouTube and one of the comments tells the story of what happened to it. Apparently it was more of a curse than a blessing, with a lot of repair costs and they sold it.. Probs sitting in a scrap yard somewhere in upstate ny by now
