I don't have a big problem with the idea. I mean, as long as it was cleaned properly, it's not that weird. People in other cultures eat all sorts of strange parts of animals and don't think anything of it. Even here in america, we eat pork butt, beef rump, chicken gizzards, and all sorts of other stuff, and some of the best tacos I've ever had have been made of beef tongue. It's all meat, and as long as it is sanitary and tastes good, I think we shouldn't get too worked up over which part of the animal it came from.If I'm honest, I'm more offended by the fact that it's not real calamari.
