Who art in rhombus,
W00kie be thy name.
These hippies come
With guitar and drum
On tour as it is in Gamehendge.
Give this day our daily toke
And forgive us our WSP stats
As we forgive spreadheads that come to our Phish shows.
And lead us not into the Biscuits
But deliver us from Umphrey's
Something Special, lots of truth to this.
Geez @birmy...not even 5:30 yet... still hitting snooze over here. Oh, I'm central...but still.
Up and at 'em.
Second day of midterms. Two tests, then I'm out before 10:30. Not a bad way to spend a Tuesday.
Mernin allIts a pain in the arse, I am usually awake by 5 on weekends too, it all stems from a 6:00 am shift a few years ago. I had dreams about sleeping through an alarm clock which is no way to wake up, but now I am just programmed no clock needed. But I am at work now and can leave at 3. But when I am not at home this routine doesnt work well when on going to shows and sharing hotel rooms or other peoples houses. It does for them because they usually wake up to coffee and maybe even breakfast but earlier then normal.

I do think 5 to 7am is the best time to ride the mountain bike and go outside and just listen to the day start. Weird I know but you can hear it.
I'm often the same. Sometimes I reap the benefits of snoozing in, but more often than not I'm on cleanup/breffass duty. Which I don't mind at all.
Last few weeks, I've been up like a bolt at 6:45 on weekends. Luckily been able to get back to sleep for another hour or two, as desired. But its funny b/c I get up 20 mins earlier for work, and I'm still beat.
Mornin.
tv goes out in the driveway again today!
4:20 am through 6:20 am.... Easily the best time of the day.
Early early riser here. Ever since the adolescent daze of delivering newspapers at five am.
now, even on phish days (runs) I'm up well before anyone else, sharing my experience experience with the dawn and rising with the sun...

Screw you early risers. I hate it, but the sun got the better of me this morning. We will see how he does tonight versus a bottle of sleeping pills.
Ball is in your court, sun.
Ball is in your court, sun.
I love the morning, but I hate getting out of bed. If I could just magically be up and awake, that'd be great, mmmkay?
Early early riser here. Ever since the adolescent daze of delivering newspapers at five am.That may be my problem too. I delivered papers when I was a kid as well. Suppressed memories ftw

Mornings are my nemesis. I purposely worked off-shifts for the last ten years to keep the night owl in me happy. My newest endeavor requires me to be here by 7am. Next thing I know I'll be hitting buffets and going to bed by 6pm. Also, I'm starting to like crossword puzzles. AARP, here I come!
Another early riser here. 5 am on weekdays....630-7ish on weekends. Been doing this for so long that I dont even need alarm clocks anymore
Life is so much better when youre not sleeping it away
Again...sitting in the lot not wanting to go in. Ugh... and I'm trapped in my car cuz the lady that parked right next to me in an EMPTY lot has both doors open and is practically under her seat...
I love you guys.
Good day.
i also enjoy the mornings... especially when everyone else in the house sleeps late...personal time is great!
I wasn't a morning person 'til I had the boy. I like to get up early and I like to sleep in a bit if I can. I'll take whatever, whenever..
surrender to the flow'd
Aww
::warm fuzzies::
Remember when you were trying to help @MaybeSoMaybeNot out? Heh! She pulled you in too...
I am usually the last one awake and first to rise when camping or what have youIm the first to wake, but sadly the first one to bed, usually. Wifey calls me "old man joe" when we're with other people.
I love being the first one up when we take our backpacking trips twice a year. It's so peaceful. Plus watching everyone else struggle to get out of a warm tent on a freezing cold morning is quite funny when you are already acclimated and sitting by the fire.
I am usually the last one awake and first to rise when camping or what have youtry making sense next time, brah
Awake between 5-5:30 every day. I find inspiration flows highest for me early in the morning.
morning all. I am one of those early risers that cleans up the empty beer canssigned - mornin'

This pic shows otherwise.

Got a doctors appointment today to see what the f*** is up with my kidneys and how big a deal it is. Though this is with my GP, I suspect it will result in a referral. I'm pretty torn about not being able to donate one, this is very stressful for our family.
@JayDubya said:wait, whats going on with your kidneys? Is that why you were in so much pain a couple of weeks ago?@_________________________ said:Sign'd. Love a clean camp/party house.morning all. I am one of those early risers that cleans up the empty beer canssigned - mornin'

There was this. So I got tested. A parade of administrative buffoonery ensued, and after a really long time, the results came back that I was not a suitable donor because MY kidneys are f***ed in some way that may be a big deal, or maybe not. So I am finally going to my doctor with those specific results to have a look-see. I feel fine though.
Positive thoughts and prayers @johnnyd
Sign'd on being an early riser. I like to talk a big game when I am faced with not having to get up early. Then I'm up before 7. Gone are the days of sleep.
Boy asked me to make cupcakes last night. I did (funfetti in fact) -- and he doesn't eat them. He has his mama's genes of no sweets. So guess who's the most popular Librarian in school today?!?
(oh, and @bostonron will get some on Friday, if he's lucky)
EDIT: CUPCAKES that is! ^^
Two people in a week gave me a ration of poop for not going to get a physical in the last 11 or 12 years. Maybe I should do something about that.if you feel good, dont mess with it!

Not to be Debbie Downer, but I just read an article that made me tear up, but also get the warm and fuzzies. The teachers mentioned in the article was one of the teachers I used to work with at Sandy Hook.... http://www.cnn.com/2013/01/14/us/newtown-dylan/index.html?hpt=hp_c1
Oh, you got me. I did feel tears and fuzzies. I was going to comment about getting a physical and surprise high cholesterol, but I read the article. I have a newborn 4.5 month at home and I want him enveloped with love at all times. I can imagine that this would bring some comfort during a time of grief.
And, yeah, i hadn't been for a physical in probably 10 years or so, so I got one. high cholesterol and uric acid. It seems to be more genetic than diet/lifestyle, but it has definitely put a damper on my fun and indulgence. I'm eating differently, not drinking and taking supplements, etc. oy.
children = no alarm clock necessary. Ever.
Here's hoping for good news, @johnnyd! Although there's got to be a little "at least I know about this now" type of relief, right? I mean, if you feel fine, chances are that you would never have even known that there was a potential issue at all, right?
@birmy, I LOVE Johnny Cash!!
@Johnnyd, good luck at the doctor friend.
Hey @WordsFromASong and @Missblue75, did y'all see Trey on the front page this morning..gah, I love that expression..
Seriously, no need for the internet vibes! I appreciate it of course, but I'm all good til proven otherwise!
One interpretation of the specific results could even be that my kidneys are fine, but its just that my muscles are hyper-efficient. According to the internets.
Also, apparently I have had mono at some point in my life. But I never knew it. Must have been pretty mild.
@johnnyd You will take these good vibrations and you will like them!Fine then. : )
