I think mine were around $140 each, not sure exactly but you'll definitely have to pay at least $100. Michael's always has sales going on too.
I have a moe. poster that I've been wanting to frame and I'm just curious how much would it cost for me to go and get it done professionally? Maybe with a spot for the ticket too?

If you decide to do it, I'd consider getting museum glass on it. It costs a little extra, but if you look at my picture the Mansfield one (left) has it, while the Worcester one doesn't. Regular glass reflects things, but the museum glass doesn't at all. Basically looks like there's nothing there.
Thanks @Friedmann, I was afraid of that...but it sure does look worth it.

@mjrphishhead said:Seconding this, I had Michael's do mine, and it cost $160 after a 60% off coupon, + $10 off. They used the museum glass, and they did a great job. Eventually, when I get my next Phish Poster, I will use the middle frame for it, and then buy a frame the next size up so I can fit both my ticket stub and poster inside. Right now, it is just stuck to he side of the frame, I don't see the point of opening the frame, and just placing the stub in there, it would be covering something no matter what. I got the stub after I already had framed the poster but I don't see any point in spending money on another frame, when I know down the road, I will have enough poster that needs another frame.

Plus the Bethel run was my FIRST 3-night run. After that weekend, I will NEVER EVER go to 1, or 2 shows of a x-night run. I will either go to none, or all, runs are the best, it's like a 4-8 set concert.
If I had an extra $160 to spend right now, I would buy these in a heart beat, I always liked these prints. That's awesome! I would do anything for the SPAC run poster from this year - the one with the horses. The SPAC run has very special meaning to me, and Saratoga is where I was born and raised. I keep watching...I hope to pick it up sometime. Keep watching, you might just be able to get them :-)

Just hung up the Worcester one![]()
I dont get why it would show me the image in the preview and then x it out when I post it.
I am, by no means, a serious collector. As you will see from my collection, there is nothing "serious" about it. I collect images that speak to me. I am a music fan and a "collector on a budget". I am also a "do it yourself framer" because I would rather spend my money on the artwork than on a custom frame. I know that its not the best treatment of these pieces, so before someone starts getting all up in my grill about how they are not archived on acid free paper and placed behind archival glass, I am aware, but this is all I have to work with at the moment.
At the end, I have included some of my unframed prints that are in queue to be framed.

Love some of the frame ups in this thread. Seemingly everyone here and on phishposters has a festy 8 pollock color but me and its really starting to piss me off!not me.....no Fest8 Pollock in my collection. I'm just sayin'...![]()

What basic tools would you recommend for DIY framing?
Any good Internet resources you'd care to share?
Thanks!
@dRStone VERY NICE!I just bought some tools at Michael's, a straight edge and a 45 degree anlge mat cutter, not too expensive, around $50 for both I think. they have 22x28 mats, which gives plenty of room for most prints, and you can buy pre-made 22x28 frames on the cheap. I don't think it's standard, but I just use blue painter's tape to mount, as it's easily removable and it won't do any damage. Looks pretty good for the price.

OP, What happened to your pics/links?
Also, thank you for the heads up about my broken links! All fixed now.
Not an ideal day to check out this thread.Ha. You can pretend that you are in a "fun house"
I highly suggest letting @smuggs frame your prints. I mailed him a Fishman drumhead last summer and we met up at Dick's. He did an unbelievable job!

I gave the finished product to @urbantornado and his wife for their wedding.

This is one of my most prized possessions, hope you enjoy.

Ps. You should totally click it as many times as possible to enlarge it and get a closer look at detail.
