Miami '03 Piper has a couple of really good ones too.
And of course, Went Gin.
EDIT: Gotta add VB Bag '98 in here too.
Fun fact: superball9mound is my laptop password. Hint? Pure f***ing madness. First time my friends found that out there were several lulz
7.1.95 Hood has the two best peaks I've ever heard from Phish.

10/31/96 Reba - So patient and emotional, truly unique and very overlooked (despite being a livephish release)

I love jams where you're thinking it's peaked, and then you realize, nope, I was wrong about that because now it's raging even harder. 12/2/95 Tweezer is the king of that kind of jam, since it does that to you about 5 times in a row.Yes, that jam truly rages. Probably the most balls to the wall jam Phish has ever played.
Linky no work @conradjohansen
Linky no work @conradjohansenYeah, weird. Tried to link right to the time. But now it's not even editing it. Peak of the Bill Graham Light. When they drop into that, every time I'm just like OH SHIT!!! Mike's bass line is f***ing nasty. PLus Page's break down build up. Awww yeah.
Edit: Apparently edit takes a little while nowadays.
How has nobody said Bethel Waves? We haven't forgotten about that already, have we? That ending they get to isn't a blow-your-face-off peak, but just such a supremely beautiful, waterfall-top peak ending.
Now for my usual Bisco moment, I love it whenever Bisco builds into the Above the Waves peak (from what I've gathered, a lot of their songs have a beginning and peaking end, but they improvise an entire middle every time). Above the Waves has one of the most badass, world-ending riffs I've ever heard.
Went Gin
9/24/99 Wolfman's
2/28/03 Tweezer
11/17/97 Ghost
11/29/97 Jim (right about the 22 min mark)

6/9/00 Tweezer
11/21/97 AC/DC Bag
11/22/97 Halley's
12/6/97 Tweezer
