With guitar and drum
On tour as it is in Gamehendge.
Give this day our daily toke
And forgive us our WSP stats
As we forgive spreadheads that come to our Phish shows.
And lead us not into the Biscuits

Another day in paradise. I'm so buried in my schoolwork that I dreamed about what I've been studying last night. No escape...... How's everyone doing? It's been a while since I've started one of these. It's kinda funny too cause I'm not gonna be able to check it until after everyone leaves work.
How are things in your neck of the woods brother?
And a special good morning to my fellow early risers. (Begrudgingly for me...but, that is from threads gone by)
If you can't fly, run.
If you can't run, walk.
If you can't walk, crawl
...Keep moving forward...
Here we go...

@Busta_Move just got to work, which like @DrPeterVenkman just mentioned I didnt have enough time away from this weekend. But will be in Albany this weekend for the TAB show so I have a short term event to look forward to.
Tons of meetings re this new computer system this week. My tronzing might be minimal. Even though I won't be reading and typing as much, my head will be in the game.
Still in bed, it's 13 degrees outside. I have no plans to get up any time soon. Oh no, I gotta pee...
Yeah, so... mouse!
Also, looking forward to TAB in Albany. I've been to every TAB in Albany show and I'm glad to keep the streak alive. Also, I like TAB. I always have a good time. I've only listened through Traveler, like, twice. So, I'll recognize those songs enough to know what's going on, but I'm not intimate with the tunes. But, I sure do love me some TAB Drifting and Jibboo. Among others. happy Tuesday!
For cereal cold snap coming in here. Not too bad this morning, 3. But supposedly the highs the next 2 days will only be -5 to 0.
Get well soon @KimboSlice!!
I don't like it one bit.
3 day weekend was alright in parts, pretty shitty in others. Took a day trip Saturday- checked out the Seneca Allegany reservation (my girlfriend, Joelle, is 1/4 Native American), and stopped by the Southern Tier brewery. The more beers, I try from them, the more they are becoming my favorite brewery.
Weekend took a turn for the shitty Sunday when I was driving back from a friend's house and hit a patch of ice and slammed into the guardrail. Your heart basically stops when you lose control like that and can't get it back. The damage to the car is mostly aesthetic, still drives fine, but the bumper will need to be replaced and it'll cost 700-800 bucks that I don't really have to throw at it. Derp. At least me and Joelle are safe, I have that to be thankful for.
@DriedupGoliath, I'm very sorry to hear about your car. I hydroplaned my last car on a rainy night and hit a guardrail, which beat the back driver's side all to hell. It ended up giving up the ghost a few months later. Having to get your car's body fixed sucks way more than an engine problem, IMO.
It's 30 here. Chilly..
Feel better @KimboSlice!
I wanna go to see Trey in Albany ::waves::
So I can relate to your heart stops feeling @DriedupGoliath..yesterday on my walk I was attacked my a pit bull type dog. His hair was standing up, baring teeth, drooling and he was lunging at me. I kicked it, karate chop style, right in the face and bloodied him. He backed off and a neighbor ran out screaming with a stick. Apparently I was yelling too, I had on earphones.
I'm not sure I have ever been so frightened and it took me all day to calm down. I know that dog would have mauled me if I didn't kick it. Turns out this whole street is living in fear of this dog. The owner came out and was less than sympathetic. I called the Sheriff and Animal Control. There were so many people out in the neighborhood yesterday with the holiday and all. There must be 500 children that live in this neighborhood. All I kept thinking was what if it had been Dominic that rode by on his bike.
Did anyone tell the owner to have his dog leashed and or locked? Do you have a leash law in your town? I run into a lot of dogs on the trails and always have this kinda of scenario of through my head.
Its always the same from the owner, he is nice he never barks. OK then why is the dog in the middle of the trail barking at me then? Oh he isnt used to bikes. Oh ok then we will just let the 75 pound dog run loose and just hope he doesnt run into a biker or something that he isnt used to. Makes sense, eh?
Got called in to work at 530 this morning. Bummer of all bummers. Slow morning though, blasting 2-22-73 assembly hall so life ain't all bad
Was going to go ice fishing w/ my dad (happy birthday to him!) On lake Winnebago but the winds pushed 8-12" thick ice up onto the shore and opened up the water...a-holes drown on that lake every year. Hard to tell when it's safe...the ice varies so much from area to area. There are websites that monitor that stuff... stop drowning, a-holes!
@darkstar sorry I said hello in chat last night and then proceeded to pass the f*** out. I needed it.
Been a rough week over here. My daughter was sick, though she is better now, but then I caught it and it have been hurting hard. It is not easy being a single parent and being sick. My ex offered to take the kiddo of my hands but because of my work schedual that would have meant giving up my time with her this week. Not something I was willing to give up.
Speaking of the ex she invited me to go see Martin Sexton this weekend if we could get a baby sitter. Not really sure why... maybe she was just being firndly as we are both big fans but it still felt odd. Especially since she is going with a group of girlfriends. Anyway, I respectfully declined and said she should just have a good time with her friends. That was the right call right?
I am just jealous cause I'll miss Marty.
@ednaz Close call man! I don't f*** around with aggressive dogs. I work an an Animal Clinic so i seem them all the time. Best to just avoid their eyes and leave em alone. Sounds like you handled yourself well though ha. Thank God it wasn't a child!
Btw, the high is 53 here in ol Birmingham, Alabamer
::puts on shit eating grin::
@EdnazApparently, the dogs broke through an electric fence. This is what the owner said to me "Oh sorry, I didn't know they were out" I said "f*** you dude, your f***ing dog just attacked me." He asked me not to cuss because his daughter was there, to which I responded "you have a vicious dog living in a house with your children and you are worried about me cussing? f*** you!"

My right thigh and calf are so sore I can barely walk. I kicked the shit out of that dog. Ha!
Sorry you're sick and are gonna miss Marty, but I'd skip a night out with the ex and her friends. I think you made the right call.
@Jimmymac03Thanks, I agree. I thought her inviting me was really weird. Kind of didn't know what to say at first.

I'm glad you're ok, I'm sorry that dog has such an irresponsible owner that is putting people's and animals' lives in danger I'm sorry I'm ranting about this.....ugh!
On the fun side last night I went out for dinner with some of our vendors for work, one of the women created the first women's licensed NFL apparel in 1999. It blew my mind that it took that long. @forbin1 first thing she made was a rhinestone Jets tank top. I asked for extras but she doesn't have any, sorry

Buenos Dias!
@ednaz I'm so glad you're ok! Is animal control taking it seriously? One of my girlfriends was attacked by 2 pit bulls while riding her bike a few years ago and had to have reconstructive surgery due to how badly she was mauled. She carries mace with her now, I'm not sure how effective it would be. And those shock fences are not safe, I could seriously go on about this for hours. I'm so fired up nowI am pretty sure that she is the wife of the Jets owner, Woody Johnson

I'm so sorry about your friend. I can easily see how things could have turned out differently for me yesterday.
I went to Dick's yesterday and got some mace. I'm going to walk again later today, I gotta get past this fear thing. Not a fan of fear. Yuck.
