The Werks have been known to do some phish..I've heard them do 2001 and also do a little bit of Mango Song in their soundcheck

Super_Sash Little Feat did Sample in a Jar. Kind of funny that they cover Phish.

Little Feat should play "A Live One" for Halloween this year. Just an idea.

Jerrytheband Am I the only one who feels weird about other bands playing Phish songs? idk if its a Dead song, I have no problem, but when its Phish, it just doesnt seem right

agreed. i'm always completely underwhelmed when i hear phish covers. and my old band used to cover First Tube.

When the band Lotus was in its infancy they covered Moma Dance. I have a recording from a show in 2002 where they played Sid > Moma Dance > Sid as an encore. They also played Tube a few times in the early days

Dave plays "waste" only when he plays with Dave & Friends-- which Trey had a part of in the around 2003, I believe. Technically, D & F played Bathtub Gin during that tour also.

I'm pretty sure The Dave Matthews Band never plays Waste.

Not anymore, but they played it a few times in 2001 sans Trey. I lived in Norfolk, VA in those days, and Dave's version on the Phish tribute album was a fixture on one of the local radio stations. (...as was Heavy Things by the Phish!)

I was about to mention Twiddle. I know they aren't a huge band (yet) but they play constantly all over the place. They do quite a few Phish tunes, probably 5 or 6 at least. I've personally seen them do Divided Sky and Heavy things, probably one or two more I forget as well but they do a few more on top of that.

I'm not sure if anything like that is on youtube I will have to go check and see.
