I'm an idiot. I thought you meant "almost" wasn't enough, referring to my ability to recite ALO hood.LOL. I agree, no such thing as too much Hood. Copies of ALO Hood should be shot into space in an attempt to prove to extraterrestrials that intelligent life exists on Earth....Note to self: if it doesn't make sense, it may be because it wasn't addressed to you.

i really wasnt a fan of how hood was treated in 2012...fantastic jams but they are just missing that triumphant peak where fish picks up the beat and starts pushign trey into that soaring beauty that made my love the song. dicks hood started to get there but then just stopped and teh rest of the hoods just fell short. not taht i dont enjoy listening to them as they really do have great jams up until they end it but i feel like fishman hasnt been pushing towards to peak and that leads trey to just playing those ending notes and singing
that said some of my favorite hoods are 10.21.95, 2.18.97, 12.31.93, and of course the ALO hood. was definitely my first favorite phish song and always will be one of my favorites

my favorite harry hood from 3.0 phish is still 12.28.10. So damn awesome. One of the moments where I was there hearing it and thought "now this is something special."

Listened to ALO, 4/10/94 Amherst, and 12/31/93 this morning on my walk to class. Nothing like a hat trick of Hoods to warm you up on a cold winter morning Now I am replaying each one note for note in my head while taking notes. There is no such thing as too much hood!
