So this is interesting news, I think. In today's JamBase email newsletter, it was announced that they'll be hosting their first ever festival this summer on July 4th weekend.

This could end up being a cool event. Does anyone know anything else?

I'm not usually one to poke the metaphorical rumor bear, but I can't help but wonder if that rules out July 4th for a Phish festival.
