Supergroups are a toss-up because you never know if the musicians will fit, but I wish Colonel Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains played again. I used to watch this vid all the time.

I know the "rules" called for musicians alive but this group needs to be addressed (as I'm guessing most of you have never heard of them). I saw these guys at the Somerville Theater in '97. One of the most amazing musical experiences I have ever had. Shawn Lane passed some time ago.
